At Saanjhya, we are dedicated to delivering your orders safely, beautifully, and on time. Every outfit is carefully checked, neatly packed, and dispatched with care so it reaches you in perfect condition ๐ŸŒธ

1. Dispatch Days
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage
Within India
We ship across India. Serviceability depends on your pin code and courier availability.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries visible at checkout. If your country is not listed, shipping is currently unavailable to that location.

3. Shipping Charges (India)
โ‚น150 one-way shipping for orders below โ‚น5,000
Free standard shipping on orders โ‚น5,000 and above
All applicable shipping charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 3โ€“4 working days after confirmation.
For pre-orders or made-to-order items, dispatch timelines will be as mentioned on the product page.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order follows that timeline.

5. Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)
Within India
Delivery usually takes 5โ€“7 working days, depending on location and courier service.
International Orders
International deliveries generally take 7โ€“14 working days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Please note: These are estimated timelines. Delays due to courier operations, weather, strikes, regional restrictions, or customs are beyond our control.

6. Taxes
All prices on Saanjhya.com are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST, where applicable).

7. Tracking Updates
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
Tracking information may take 24โ€“48 hours to become active after dispatch.

8. Delivery Address & Contact Details (Important)
Please ensure that your shipping address, pin code, and phone number are entered correctly at checkout.
Courier partners rely on phone numbers for delivery attempts.
Address or Phone Corrections
If you need to update your address or phone number, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. While weโ€™ll try our best to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.

9. Failed Delivery / RTO / RTS (Return to Origin / Sender)
If delivery fails due to customer-related reasons such as:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Wrong or unreachable phone number
Customer unavailable or not responding
Refusal to accept delivery
the parcel may be returned to us.
A) Re-dispatch
Re-dispatch can be requested after payment of a re-shipping fee (โ‚น150 one-way or actual courier charges).
Re-dispatch is processed only after the returned parcel reaches us and passes basic quality checks.
B) Refund (If Applicable)
If re-dispatch is not requested, refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting:
Actual forward + return shipping charges (approx. โ‚น300 two-way), and
Any non-refundable payment gateway charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
โœ… Free shipping (if applicable) is valid only for the first successful delivery attempt.
If an order returns due to customer-related reasons, free shipping does not apply to re-delivery.

10. COD Orders
If a Cash on Delivery (COD) order is returned due to refusal, unreachability, or incorrect details:
Re-dispatch (if approved) will be done only on prepaid payment, along with applicable re-shipping charges.

Dispatch & Tracking
International orders are usually dispatched within 7โ€“14 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Tracking details will be shared once shipped.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the customerโ€™s responsibility and vary by country.
Saanjhya does not control customs procedures or charges. Orders delayed, held, or returned due to unpaid duties, customs issues, incorrect details, or receiver unavailability will be treated as failed deliveries. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting actual shipping, return costs, and non-refundable processing fees.
